The answer to your problem and every problem is always in the Word of God, and the first thing to say is that, “Nothing is impossible!”  No matter how impossi­ble situations may seem, with God all things are possible.  No matter how long a problem has existed, it is never too late to change it! Just think of all the people in the New Testament who were crippled from birth, blind from birth, suffering twelve years, eighteen years, etc....  Their situations seemed hopeless to them because they had lived with the problem for so long.  But they were all changed!

So, the first thing you need to do is BELIEVE that the situation can change.  God’s Word works! Get out of the hopeless mentality and into the “all things are possible” mentality, because the way you think about it, is how it will be.

Second, you must BELIEVE that God loves you, God desires good things for you, and He is faithful to all His promises!

John 3:16 (KJV) – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Eph. 3:17-19 – And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,  18may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,  19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-- that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Jer. 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Psa. 84:11 – No good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

Psa. 85:12 – The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.

Jer. 31:14 (KJV) – my people shall be satisfied with my goodness.

Jas. 1:17 (KJV) – Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Psa. 33:4  –  For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.

Psa. 145:13 –  …The Lord is faithful to all his promises and loving toward all he has made.

1 Thess. 5:24  –  The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

Jer. 1:12 –  for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.

Then, third, you get in the Word of God and get specific scripture promises that you want to come to pass for your situation or for that person you are praying for, or for that thing you need (your health, your finances, your marriage, your children).

Fourth, you take general faith scriptures like Mark 11:22-24 and Matt. 21:22:

Mark 11:22-24 – “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered.  23“I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.  24Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Matt. 21:22 – If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

And promise scriptures like:

Psa. 21:2 – You have granted him the desire of his heart and have not withheld the request of his lips.

Psa. 37:4 – Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Psa. 103:5 – who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Psa. 145:19 – He fulfills the desires of those who fear him.

Prov. 10:24 – what the righteous desire will be granted.

Prov. 13:4 – the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.

Fifth, you write out your prayer of petition with these scriptures or others that you choose and present it to the Father.

Sixth, take communion (the bread and juice) symbolizing your covenant with God, staking your claim and receiving His promises to you by faith.

Seventh, daily speak these scriptures over yourself, your situation, your loved ones, etc., even many times a day, and no less than every morning, noon and night.

Eighth, don’t quit!  Continually give God thanks and praise for receiving the answer and the victory, even before you see it!

Eph. 6:13 – and after you have done everything, to stand.

Gal. 6:9 – Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Heb. 10:35,36 – So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.  36You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

Psa. 34:1 (KJV) – I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

If you are diligent to persevere in your faith and give thanks to God changes WILL happen!  God’s Word is staked on it!  God watches over His Word to perform it.  Be sure to never speak words of defeat, never speak negative words over your situation or your loved one, and don’t allow negative thoughts to remain in your thinking.

If you can, when you write out your prayer of petition and the scriptures you are standing on, find someone of like faith to stake their faith in agreement with yours.  This brings the power of agreement, as Jesus said in Matthew 18:19, “Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.”

I know this works!  I have seen it work many times and I’ve heard many, many, many testimonies!
