PRAYER & CONFESSION FOR LOVED ONES WHO ARE NOT SERVING THE LORD

According to 2 Cor. 4:4, “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”  Therefore, I take authority in the Name of Jesus Christ over the spirit of blindness and deception, and command it to be broken off of (name of loved one), so that he/she sees the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ!

According to Psalm 31:18, “Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous (against the Lord)” and according to Psalm 101:8 “Every morning I will put to silence all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer from the city of the Lord,” I therefore silence satan and his lies spoken to (name of loved one).

Instead, (John 8:32 (Name of loved one) knows the truth, and the truth makes him/her free!

Because, (Josh. 24:15)  “As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord!”

According to 1 Cor. 7:14, “the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.”  Therefore, (name of loved one) is sanctified, set apart holy to God.  Satan, (name of loved one) does not belong to you anymore!  (Name of loved one) is set apart for God, marked for the Kingdom of God, in Jesus’ Name!  Now I call him/her to come into the Kingdom of God and take his/her place in the Kingdom in Jesus’ Name!

Col. 1:9-13  “I have not stopped praying for (name of loved one) and asking God to fill him/her with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And I pray this in order that he/she may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that he/she may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified him/her to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. For He has rescued (name of loved one) from the dominion of darkness and brought him/her into the kingdom of the Son He loves!”

Gal. 5:22-25  (Name of loved one) is filled with the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness and self-control. He/She belongs to Christ Jesus and has crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.  (Name of loved one) lives by the Spirit and keeps in step with the Spirit.”

Eph. 1:17-19  “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give (name of loved one) the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that he/she may know Him better. I pray also that the eyes of his/her heart may be enlightened in order that he/she may know the hope to which He has called him/her, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe.”

Eph. 2:10  “For (name of loved one) is God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for him/her to do.”

Eph. 3:16-20  (Name of loved one) is strengthened with power through God’s Spirit in his/her inner being, so that Christ may dwell in his/her heart through faith. And I pray that he/she, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-- that he/she may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now glory be to God who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within (name of loved one)!”

Eph. 4:13,15  (Name of loved one) reaches unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and becomes mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ, and, speaking the truth in love, in all things he/she grows up into Him who is the Head, that is, Christ.”

Phil. 2:13  “God is working in (name of loved one) to will and to act according to His good purpose.”

Col. 3:2,5,10,16  (Name of loved one) sets his/her mind on things above, not on earthly things. He/She puts to death whatever belongs to his/her earthly nature. He/She puts on the new self and is being renewed in knowledge in the image of his/her Creator. (Name of loved one) lets the Word of Christ dwell in him/her richly.”

Col. 3:12-16  (Name of loved one) clothes himself/herself with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, forgiveness, love, the peace of Christ, thankfulness, wisdom and gratitude.”

Confession
“In the Name of Jesus I cover (name of loved one) with the Blood of Jesus, including his/her eyes, ears, heart and mind, and I bind satan and cut satan off from him/her.  I surround (name of loved one) with the faith and love of Jesus.  I thank you, Lord Jesus, that (name of loved one) is loving and serving you with all of his/her heart, soul, mind and strength, and he/she is filled with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, fulfilling your will and your call on his/her life, in Jesus’ Name!  My heart is fixed.  I am established and firm, not moved from my hope in You!  According to Mark 11:24, what I have asked for in prayer, I believe that I have received, and it is done!  Amen!”
